Thank you for shopping with MAHFUZ COZY LIVING. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.
1. HOW WE SHIP
MAHFUZ COZY LIVING operates as a dropshipping store. Your orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers from their warehouses, which may be located outside the EU — including countries such as China or other international locations. We are fully responsible for ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship exclusively to European Union (EU) member states, including Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, and all other EU countries. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, or any other non-EU destination at this time. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us at mahfuzcalmcozyliving@gmail.com before placing an order.
3. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched by our supplier.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location within the EU and the supplier fulfilling your order. The following are estimated timeframes from the date of dispatch:
Ireland: 7–15 business days. Central EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria): 10–18 business days. Southern and Eastern EU (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland, and others): 12–20 business days.
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always notify you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your EU delivery location and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as indicated on our website or during promotional periods.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT VAT
As we ship exclusively within the EU, most orders will not be subject to additional customs duties once inside the EU single market. However, orders fulfilled by suppliers located outside the EU may be subject to import VAT upon entry into the EU. We comply with EU VAT regulations including the OSS (One Stop Shop) scheme where applicable. Any applicable import VAT is either included in your order price or will be clearly communicated at checkout. We recommend contacting us if you have questions about VAT before placing your order.
8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.
9. FAILED DELIVERIES AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, additional re-delivery charges may apply. If your order is returned to the supplier due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
10. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@mahfuzcozyliving.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our supplier and carrier and offer a full refund or re-shipment at no extra cost if the order is confirmed lost or damaged in transit.
11. YOUR EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
As an EU-based customer, you are protected by EU consumer law including the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Before completing your purchase, we will clearly communicate estimated delivery times, any applicable import charges, and the fact that products are shipped by a third-party supplier. If there is a change or delay to your order, we will notify you promptly.
