Delivery times vary depending on the product, dispatch location, shipping service, and destination.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Some orders may require additional processing time depending on product availability and supplier requirements.

Delivery estimates below begin after dispatch and exclude order processing time.

These are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping times depend on the selected service, stock availability, customs clearance, carrier operations, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Costs may vary depending on the product, destination, parcel weight, and shipping method.

Any free-shipping offer is subject to the conditions displayed on our website.

4. Multiple Shipments

Products purchased in the same order may be shipped separately because they can originate from different suppliers and fulfilment locations.

For example, a shawl dispatched from Ireland may arrive before a dining set shipped from India or a gadget fulfilled through CJ Dropshipping in China. Separate shipments may have different delivery dates and tracking numbers.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to Ireland and selected European destinations, subject to product availability and the shipping options shown at checkout.

Orders dispatched from outside the European Union may require customs clearance and may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or other applicable charges. Responsibility for these charges depends on the shipping arrangement and applicable law.

Customs inspections or clearance procedures may extend delivery times.

6. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after dispatch. International parcels may experience periods without new updates while in transit or undergoing customs clearance.

7. Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the relevant supplier or carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and relevant photographs where possible.

We will work to resolve the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights concerning delayed, lost, or undelivered orders.
